What Causes Sore Throat And Flare Of Asthma After Taking Probiotic?

Well I started a probiotic that contains Streptococcus Thermophilus and no joke I have Strep throat now!OMG why didn t my holistic Dr tell me that could happen. I have missed 4 days work feeling miserable, my asthma has flared, my throat is on fire and I am coughing so bad I coughed up blood. Now the Drs at the EMERGENCY clinic have me on the 6 pill graduated dosage antibiotic which will probably wreak havoc on my immune system and they put me on VERY strong cough syrup. Thus is dangerous! What happened??!! Never mind if I have to pay to get a general answer FORGET IT !!! Geeeesh....
