What Causes Sore Throat And Pain In The Back Of Neck?

Hi, I've had a sore throat since last Sunday (11th) and it has not gone away. It started as a regular sore throat but then started to feel like it was closing up. a couple days went by and nothing changed. Then on wednesday, i walked about 6 miles around town and got a little burnt. Thursday night I developed a fever (couldn't tell you the exact temp since a thermometer was unavailable) and began hallucinating. I've been homeless and was living in motels and was practically starving all last week. I've also been hocking up mucus since friday. my temp feels like it keeps coming back but not as bad. today, my throat is clear but sore to swallow, the back of my neck hurts from the base to my shoulders and up to the peak of my skull area and my lymph nodes are super sore. I don't have money or insurance to see a dr or go to the er so I'm hoping to get an answer here.
