What Causes Sore Throat And Swollen Face?

Hi, I am Sabeena. My sister is suffering from a sore throat from past few weeks but since past few days her face is swollen. We did blood & urine test everything seemed to be fine. Even after taking medicines advised by a general doc, she still says her throat is aching & her face is swollen up. could you pls tell me y is this happening
