What Causes Sore Throat And Swollen Lymph Node In Neck?

hello doctor. english is not my first language so sorry for any mistakes... i have this problem with my neck lymphs they are swollen for more than a month now.. i went to my family doctor he prescribed me with antibiotics.. i took them and they didnt seem to have helped.. also i am experiencing sore throat and problem swalloing some times or even some times i have pain when i inhale... also i have this weird feeling like acid-burning in the back of my throat... it all gets worst in the night-time... thank you in advance
