What Causes Sore Throat And Vaginal Itching?

went to dr last week for bad breath/sore throat/painful roof of mouth but also some vaginal itching. Dr. didn't seem concerned about that and orescribed me Calvepen. Itch got worse so I took Canesten pessary and cream which 3 days on haven't really worked for external itch. No foul smelling discharge. I day of antibiotics left but seem to have a total head cold goin on? what do I need to do?
