What Causes Sore Throat And Weakness After Having Oral And Anal Sex?

I had unprotected oral sex and protected anal sex at night with a smoker and the next morning, I had a sore throat(pain when swallowing) accompanied with weakness, running nose and a fever that measured 39 degrees celsius. I rested and the fever has subsided but I still have a sore throat and weakness. May I know if this is the result of an STD, HIV, viral pharyngitis or something else altogether?
