What Causes Sore Throat, Coughing, Tiredness And Sinus Pressure?

I had a fairly rapid onset sore throat appear this morning that has worsened over the course of the day. I have some minor sinus issues - mostly sinus pressure with some drainage. It hurts to swallow and, weirdly, when I blow my nose. Also, when I blow my nose, nothing comes out. No fever, mild aches, minor cough, & tiredness are other symptoms. What could cause this?
