What Causes Sore Throat, Ear Ache, Headache, Running Nose And Cough?

Hi I need help over a week I have been sick. It started with a sore throat, pain in my ears and my head hurting. Now I have a bad cough, mucus, alot of pain, and my voice I will loose it then get it back but still distorted. My ears are ringing and in pain. Nose is running and I have a sharp pain above my nose and it is worse when I cough. Since Thursday I have woken up with my eyes crusted shut, draining often, glassed over and pink. Both eyes are very pink and feel swollen. Wondering if I need to go to the doctor or if I am contagious.
