What Causes Sore Throat, Jaw And Tongue And Pain In Ears?

Hello, my name is Heather i have had a sore throat and jaw and tounge also sometimes my ear hurts. I have also notice i have three nots on right side and one on left side it also sometime fells like something is in my throat. I hope you can help
