What Causes Sore Throat, Running Nose And Back Pain?

hi there i have sore throat, hot and cold, back pain, ache all over, bad pain in my belly, running nose, sneezing, being sick, thought it may of just been the flu or a cold but been like this for about a week and over the last to days i am getting a rash on both hands
just wondering if i should go to the hospital as i cant get in at my doctors
