What Causes Sore Throat, Wheezing, Breathlessness And Elevated Heart Rate?

I got the flu at the end of December. First part of January I got Bronchitis and a sinus infection and did a round of Augmentin with a prednisone taper. 2 weeks later I did another round of antibiotics. I have had a chronic cough since then, sometimes productive, sometimes not. Sinus congestion and pressure. I wake up in the morning with a horrible sore throat for 6 weeks or so? I ve tried allergy medication and Flonase. Nothing seems to improve the symptoms. I don t feel ill, no fever, slight elevated heart rate (but I m very stressed right now), wheezing, shortness of breath. What does it seem like? The antibiotics seemed to help, but it didn t rid the symptoms.
