What Causes Sore Throat With Dysphagia And Lumps?

My throat is very very sore- it hurts to swallow and talk... It s red in the back and I think I see some small lumps/bumps. I am bulimic and it started a little bit after purged.. and the purge was more intense than usual. Do you think I have Strep or could this be related with my bulima? Thanks
