What Causes Sore Throat,ear Pain And Shortness Of Breath?

Only at night I ve been getting a sore throat. Feels like it s swollen. Really bad earaches and with my asthma it s causing me to have a really hard time breathing. A couple days ago I got a white pimple like looking bump on my upper lip. It s now gone but was very sore to the touch.
