What Causes Soreness Along With Redness Around The Eye?

I was attacked lastby another female. A fight inseud & I was gouged in the left eye. There was blood around my eye & my eye filled up with blood underneath the thin layer of thr eye. I went to the ER & my eye was deadend & cleaned. The doc told me to go to an ophthalmologist. It feels a bit better today. It is very sore. What tx options areþ ther
