What Causes Soreness And A Feel Of Lump In Left Nipple After Undergoing Pacemaker Surgery?

I have two pacemaker surgery s.The second one had extra wires and to help the heart which it has.Recently my left nipple is sore and is lumpy below the nipple. It is right below the pacemaker.Should I call my surgeon on cardiologist. It has been 1 year for the new one.
