What Causes Soreness And Black Spots On Nipple?

i was having shower and my right nipple was very sore when water or anything touched it, next day i saw some very tiny black spots, and i noticed them on the left breast too although that was not sore
i am 45 and 5ft 3 inch and weigh 9 stone 9 pounds
