What Causes Soreness And Pain Between Breasts?

in between my breasts is v ery sore to touch and after pressing on the area my chest can hurt for ages afterwards.i sometimes get a burning pain in my left breast and if i have been leaning to the side or forward it really hurts. do you know what this is?
