What Causes Soreness And Pressure In And Around Ribs?

I have soreness in ribs on right side. It hurts to he touch. If i push on the sore area it feelslike something is moving and putting pressure on my lung. No difficulty breathing though. I had a very bad cold that lasted 2 weeks recently. If i hold pressure it hurts less. Not sure if i should see Dr or not.
