What Causes Soreness And Redness In Corner Of Eyes?

my left eye is sore and is very red in the left corner..earlier today I had a paain in my chest like gas it olasted for about 4min then went to my badk..took and Excedrin and it went away ...then a couple of hour later my eye started hurting also my left cheek feels a little tight....
