What Causes Soreness In Abdomen And Pain In Breast?

i am having a stomach problem that has been going on for about two weeks now of just feeling sick. that problem has been on and off though. now i am experiencing a sorness in the upper part of my stomach. its been going on for 3 days now and last night it was so bad to where i couldnt find a position i could sleep in where it didnt hurt. my right boobs nipple also started hurting as well for 3 days now i dont know if its related or not. i also went off of birth control 4 months ago but i just had a full 3 day period that was normal just a day earlier so i would really like some advice because i dont want to go to the doctor for them just to tell me i have gas. i also dont workout but im in ok shape but have gained about 5 pounds im 5'10 and weigh about 160 now thank you
