What Causes Soreness In Hip And Shoulder?

Last night my mom fell all the way down the stairs, at first she stayed at the end of the stairs for a while saying her neck and the back of her head were really sore. Then she got up and went to bed and now she s saying her hip and shoulder are sore, She won t let me call anyone, but I don t know if I should?
