What Causes Soreness In Left Side Of The Neck And Armpit With Lumps In Right Armpit?

I've had ongoing soreness in left armpit and left side of neck. sometimes my left ear is completely plugged and I cannot hear out of it. I feel two small knots in right armpit about size of end of pencil eraser. no fever. very tired. I've done some online research, but cannot figure out what it could be.
