What Causes Soreness In Leg And Heart Murmur?

Hi my grandaughters blood pressure is 140 over 90 she is overweight and smokes is twenty two years old. Has been to Dr who told her to go to chemist and monitor is and go back in two weeks. Now her legs are sore. Does this have anything to do with her blood pressure. She also has a heart murmur.
