What Causes Soreness In Legs And Hip After A Tympanoplasty Surgery

I just had Tympanoplasty surgery with complications 3 weeks ago. I was feeling better after 5 days in Hospital. Up until about two days ago I started feeling rubbish. My legs feel sore up around my hips and pelvis to the point where I m walking like I just done an intense workout. Aswel as very sore muscle in my abdomen I haven t been eating properly as I lost my appetite also needing to pee a lot more than normal. Is this side effects or anything to worry about? Thanks
