What Causes Soreness In Middle Of Adams Apple With History Of Having Gall Bladder Removed?

Soreness to the touch from middle of adams apple to lower portion of Adams appple, NO swelling, No irritation on skin. I have read where it is because of shaving. I do not do a down to skin shave, I keep a 1/8 or a heavy 5o clock using a trimmer. No follicle showing any redness base. ( scared because of where pain is.... went a lil OCD on the inspection.) No changes in diet or normal routine of 37yrs. the only thing was last yr had gallbladder removed due to liver basically engorged and cut blood supply of to it. Throat has been this way going on 3 months now, no worsening but no improvement.
