What Causes Soreness In My Bottom Lip?

i tripped and bit my bottom lip yesterday, 5 hours later my lip was huge! my chin bone on the left bottom side is hurting now. i took allergy pills but it has not went down at all.And if this is helpful at all for finding what's wrong, the night before i bit my lip i had a bad sore throat.
