What Causes Soreness In My Left Arm?

I just finished a parasite cleanse of one month last week and since then have had an incredibly sore left arm, specifically around the elbow. It feels like what I imagine tennis elbow is like as I am having trouble lifting things. Can this be because of the wormwood, black walnut or cloves? Thank you, BF
