What Causes Soreness In Neck Spreading Across Shoulder And Mild Headache?

Hi, The last 4 days I have been having a sore neck on the right side and the soreness seem to go all the way down to my shoulder as well as time. My right ear feel a bit blocked and sore at the same time. Also I have having a slight headache. I am starting to get worry as the more I read on the different site, the more scared I am thinking I might have a tumor. At time I feel a bit dizzy and when walking about I have a sense of being a bit unbalance.
