What Causes Soreness In Nipple,heart Burn And Bloating Of Stomach?

My period is not due for 5 days...but my nipples are sore and the area around them, i have heartburn, and I ve noticed I m bloated. I m not really sure when I ovulated, but my last period was January 7,2015 me and my boyfriend had sex for a week about 2 weeks after my period, and then some. Pms or pregnancy? Should I wait out these 5 days?
