What Causes Soreness In Nose And Cheek?

i hit my nose last night (clashed heads). there was a loud crack and everyone heard it. my nose didn't bleed and it isn't really swollen, it's just really sore if i touch it (so i avoid doing that), but my cheeks are pretty sore. should i be worried, or is that just to be expected?
