What Causes Soreness In Nose And Congestion Inspite Of Taking Acyclovir?

Hi there, I have a very sore nose, it started on one side a sore which i thought it was herpes simplex as i suffer regular outbreaks. It has gone on for 2 months now and has progressed into both nostrils and is red raw, my nose constantly dribbles and i wake in the morning to massive crusts, which i have to remove in order to breath through my nose.I have taken daily accyclovir (antivirals) daily since it started. obviously not helped. What should i do?
