What Causes Soreness In Stomach And Vaginal Spotting While Having Intramural Fibroid?

inside my stomach feels sore I'm a 46 yr old I have intramural fibroid. I am having my period since February 21.2011. I was placed on progluton but it is not helping. I have continuous spotting, I came off 5 days now and I started to have large clots again.
