What Causes Soreness In The Breast?

My breasts seem to be getting sore every day, I'm starting to have headaches, my clitoris is tender. I have taken provera because I hadn't had a period and now I'm late. I've had one miscarriage, but have been trying to get pregnant again. I was wondering if we could be pregnant again.
