What Causes Soreness Inside Nostril?

Hi..I have sore on the inside of my left nostril doe weeks now ..it does not want to heal and is sore to touch if I try to blow my nose..I just race b.s. fly.had what I think was a sinus infection but was unable to go to the Dr so I been using saline nose spray bit it won t go away
