What Causes Soreness On Penis?

Do I have an inflamed tissue? Every time I sit down my penis starts this soreness in the lower shaft towards my pubic. Then sometimes it will go to the middle of the shaft etc. when I m erect the soreness is at the lower left part of my shaft towards the pubic.
