What Causes Soreness Under Left Breast?

Okay, Im 20 years old and have a sore under my left breast. It looked like a small bite so I popped it. However its gotten worst and the skin around it is pealing off and is sensitive to the touch. Also it is leaving a hold and pus is leaking from it daily. Kinda a yellowish color, is this really bad?
