What Causes Soreness,swelling And Flaky Skin In My Nose?

I have had off and on issues with my lymph nose in neck and lately i have had horribly itchy pimples on chin took weeks to go away since i could not stop itching . now all of a sudden my nose is very dry and flakey on outside was itchy but now there is a clear very smelly fluid coming out of what looks like a tiny scrape it is akso very swollen left nostril almost closed and whole nose hurts
