What Causes Sores All Over Body?

I currently take adderall and have for almost 1 year. I am literally watching my skin erupt all over. All I have to do is move and 5 more spot on my body erupt. These sores are all over....face, neck, hands, legs, stomach...please help and let me know what is going on? Thank you!
