What Causes Sores Along With Yellow Drainage On The Head?

Hi, I have been diagnosed with migraines and a pseudotumor, I also have had a diagnosis of increased intracranial pressure due to this, Motrin does help. Imitrex was started and worked great only could be prescribed a dosage of 25mg of 9 tablets. I have severe headaches back to back. My psychiatrist started me on topiramate, not too good side effects. I developed a sore and some sort of drainage that scabbed up on my head where my migranes occur. I scratched it and it continuously dispersed dried yellow discharge. I have left it alone, doctor told me to stop the topiramate other side effects I had with this was nausea, head spinning sensation, memory loss and lethargic and confusion. I have asked the doctor for a months supply of 30 tablets for my Imitrex and maybe an increased dosage. It works really well and I am tired of pumping Motrin into my system for this. Now yesterday I know that clear liguid fluid was dispersing from my head where the discharge was. I am leaving it alone due to the fact that it is tenderness to touch and makes me dizzy when I touch near it. What could this be? And what do I need to do?
