What Causes Sores And Irritation In Clitoris?

I have been taking amox/k clav and ciprofloxacn for 10 days and before that z pack for 5 day for pneumonia. We'll this week I have had a red irritated clitoris and vagina, there is no colored discharge at all, only clear mucus like. But between my lower hair line of pubic area and my clitoris the are little sores like it looks water logged and now the right side of my vagina is deep red and my inner thigh is sore to the touch. What could this be?
