What Causes Sores Around Vagina And Anus?

hi, im currently 17 years old and i found a sore around my vagina and they seem to be spreading i now have the same looking sore around my anus and it hurts to pee when urine goes over the bumps and theres a sharp pain whenever i try to poo, what could they be?
