What Causes Sores On Feet Along With Rashes On Toes?

I have developed sores on both feet with rash like symptoms on a couple of toes. There is some itching present with 2 small red marks on my left heel that hurts while walking and standing. The rash like symptoms on my 2 toes have reduced in redness over the last several days leaving the 2 red spots on my left heel as the only real issues left from the original outbreak of symptoms. Any suggestions as to what this may be?
