What Causes Sour Taste On Tongue Along With Acidic Stools?

hi i m jahid 29 years old my problem is, when i take sugar like and carb. then i feel sore test in tongue but if i take that with salt than i don t feel much sour. and my stool is acidic.and i feel tired all the time. i did spit test its result candida over groth.
