What Causes Spasms In Back Along With Elevated Blood Pressure?

I had surgery in back like 9 month ago a l still have pain that l get spasm pain and when my back hurt really bad my blood pressure go up l had a check up my back doctor and my blood pressure was 143/83 and it make my heart beat fast like l need air.
