What Causes Spasms On Upper Stomach?

Yes, I have been experiencing pain more like spasms on my upper stomach. It feels like sharp pains and then it subsides and then hits again, and have noticed when I use the restroom I go regularly each morning til just recently it feels as if I am constipated a small portion of release, which I don t feel I am constipated. I have had this pain and spasms for months, they come and go. Then I feel at times as if I haven t eaten in days and have such pain I have to lean forward cause of it. I can not afford to see the doctor right now and asking if you can direct me with this.
