What Causes Speaking Difficulty?

I have some problem in my throat since 3 yrs. due to which, sometimes my speech is not clear & it stucks. There is no pain etc.

I have consulted 2~3 doctors last year, but no disease is confirmed by them. This problem is not since beginning.

Pls. advice.
