What Causes Spider Veins In Hips And Pain From Calves To Feet?

Hi i have a question for you. I have these spider veins from my hips to my calves, they re kind of red and blue. I also have burning pain from my calves to my feet after standing or walking for awhile, and there are times that my feet feel icy cold. What does all of these mean?
