What Causes Spitting Blood Occasionally?

Hi, I have been spitting blood (small amounts) occasionally for the past 3 months. I am 29/M, non smoker, non drinker. On checking with 2 ENTs, they prescribed antibiotics, antiallergens and nasal sprays. However, the problem hasn t gone away. A chest X-ray was done - no issues detected.
