What Causes Sporadic And Sudden Headaches With Sensitive To Light?

Yes, my daughter has been having sporadic & sudden headaches. they don't last long but are usually in the back of the head lower toward the neck. She is also very sensitive to light and sometimes she sees lights flashing also. What are your thoughts please?
