What Causes Sporadic Loss Of Hearing?

iam age57 i somtimes can hear but sometimes i cannot dr asked me to use hearing aid but when i use it sometimes it works and sometimes i feel it a burden like my ear is closed completely and i feel itching when i remove it i feel relax plz let me know is it about concentration or hearing problem
